What is a serviced apartment?

A.

It is positioned between a hotel and an apartment. Like an apartment, furniture, appliances, tableware, and kitchen are available. Also, like a hotel, room cleaning and a 24-hr reception are provided. The concept of the Citi Resort is similar to that as an apartment with hotel services, and the elegant interior and facilities. By and large, residents can customize the amenities and appliances to their preferences, making their units appear unique and matching personal tastes.

Which property should I choose in CITI RESORT?

A.

CITI RESORT 39 contains studio types and 1LDK for singles. Japanese supermarket and several restaurants are located within the facility, which is very convenient. Large working space and a public bath (combined with CR NEW WING) are also available.

CITI RESORT NEW WING, like CITI RESORT 39, is also for singles. Likewise, Japanese supermarket is located next door, so you can shop without getting wet even on rainy days. There is also a golf driving range (to be used together with CR 39).

CITI RESORT 49 offers the wide range of rooms starting from 1LDK to rare 4LDK. It is adjacent to a Japanese supermarket and with the walking distance to BTS Thonglor station and Samitivej Hospital.

CITI RESORT 39 ANNEX is available from 1LDK to 3LDK. Japanese supermarket is under the building and a large children park. This building is the perfect combination between single and family units; various facilities have been designed for specific residents and the building is very popular among both singles and families.

LIVING @ CITI RESORT is the elegant building providing the rooms ranging from the studio to 2LDK. The bathrooms are equipped with a Japanese style washbasin and a view bath, perfect for those who want to relax with the class, whether alone or with their family.

CITI RESORT @ SEA SRIRACHA contains the studio to 3LDK rooms. Both sea and mountain views are available at your choice. Close to the city center. It is the property that is easily accessible to multiple industrial estates and has abundant and first class facilities in the building, so that both singles and families can be enjoyed.

Japanese customer services are available for residents in each property (only during the day), and if you have any troubles or questions in your rooms, our Japanese staff is pleased to assist even those who are new to live abroad can live at CITI RESORT with the peace of mind.

About payment method and time

Q.

I am late for work on weekdays. What should I do for monthly payments?

A.

You can pay at the front desk even on weekends.
( For security reasons, at night time, payments cannot be made.)

Q.

Is it possible to pay with a credit card brought from Japan?

A.

Visa, Master, and JCB cards are accepted. Please contact us for more details.

Q.

Is there a fee when paying with a credit card?

A.

No, there is no charge.

About contract

Q.

Is the contract only for individuals? Can I make corporate contracts?

A.

Yes, we can make contracts for both individuals and corporations. You can also make a contract with a Japanese company or address. Value-added tax (VAT) will be added regardless of whether the contract is an individual or a corporation.

Q.

After the contract expires, I am called back to Japan. What should I do?

A.

After the second year, you can choose to renew or extend your contract without any fines. In the case of renewal, we will make contracts as similar as the first year’s conditions if residents do not mention any amendments. (Please contact the Japanese staff for the further details.) Extension is a procedure to change only the contract period of the contract. If an order to return to Japan is late to be issued, residents can extend contracts for every one to two months. (Please contact the Japanese staff.)

About room

Q.

What should I do if there is a problem in my room (ex. light bulb goes out, air conditioner or equipment malfunctions, etc.)?

A.

Please inform the front desk or Japanese staff. (via phone, e-mail, or contact info on the website.)
Our engineers will replace and repair it. In addition, engineers are available 24 hours a day, so we can work even at night. (If problems are severe, the repairing period may take longer than usual.) Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Q.

Do I need to be in the rooms when repairing?

A.

Repairs are possible even when a resident is absent. If the resident would like to attend, please specify the time.

Q.

I have a package scheduled to arrive from Japan, can I have my luggage put in my room even if I am absent?

A.

Please contact our Japanese staff.
If you give us permission, we can let you into your room with the maid’s key (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) We can help with house chores on behalf of residents who are out during the day. Please feel free to ask us about anything from deliveries, visitors, money collection, or putting in a word for you.

My family is coming to visit, can I rent an extra bed?

A.

Yes, it is possible to rent an extra bed. There are a limited number of beds available, so please contact our Japanese staff. We can also prepare rooms for short-term stays, so please contact the front desk or Japanese staff.

Can I have a pet?

A.

No, we do not allow pets.

Q.

What TV programs can you watch in your room?

A.

You can watch NHK World Premium, Thai commercial TV, and 5 Japanese commercial broadcasters (NTV. TBS. Fuji TV. TV Asahi. TV Tokyo.)

How is the internet available?

A.

Wireless is available (free of charge) in the lobby for all properties. Please contact us for the internet options available in each building.

I would like to call a taxi, what should I do?

A.

Please tell the front desk. (The security guards will call you a taxi.)

Q.

How to access the industrial estates?

A.

It takes about 1 hour to reach Ayutthaya and Amata Nakhon Industrial Estate by highway, depending on the road conditions

Is there a parking lot?

A.

If you register to use the parking lot, a sticker will be issued. Please contact us for more information.
