Please make a reservation for the desired date and time of the room tour.
It is possible to visit the rooms without an appointment, but we may not be able to meet you because the customers who have made the reservations have priority, but our Thai staff can assist by then.
Visits can be made between 9:00 and 17:00 hr., including weekends and holidays.
Please contact us in advance if you need to visit outside of business hours.
Once you have decided on a room that you are satisfied with, please apply using our application form (contact Japanese staff.).
No deposit is required at the time of application. A copy of your passport is required.
If you do not have it at the time of application, please have it ready by the time you move in. If you need more time to think about it, or if you need to consult with your company, you can submit an application form and we will hold the room for a certain period of time. If you have to cancel, there will be no penalty fee.
We will prepare a contract and an invoice based on the contents declared in the application form. Please note that it will take a few days to prepare the documents. Payment will be a deposit (for 2 months of rent) and rent (for the first month). This contract and payment can be made at the same time as you move in.
The Japanese staff will take care of the move-in procedures at the appointed time.
(For customers whose contracts have not been completed, the contract procedures will be performed at the same time.)
This takes about an hour to move in, such as handing over the keys. Please be aware of this in advance.
